I’m exceedingly proud of my African heritage. I feel blessed to have been born and raised there and I celebrate every single black person around the World doing good things – even when they don’t get famous for doing those things.
One of the things I’ve been celebrating this week are the brilliant coloured materials fashioned into the fiercest outfits. On black skin, the colours pop and the head dresses are made high to complement our cheekbones. Gloriously strong.
